Complete training sessions dedicated to help goalkeepers get back to their Spring season. We DO NOT overcrowd our trainings. Therefore, our goalkeepers are able to get HUNDREDS of reps and tons of shots.

Our personalized training gives the goalkeepers an opportunity to resolve their issues in a short period of time. We do not overcrowd our trainings. As result, goalkeepers are able to get HUNDREDS of reps & shots.
At the end of the training their confidence will be at a much better place.
Due to space in the winter, we only have 2 classes. 5-6pm (10-13yrs old) & 6-7pm (HIGH SCHOOL).
2 hours of training for HS goalkeepers will be offered in February. This include mental training and reaction work.
Winter goalkeeping training offers a very fast pace training where we help keepers increase their FITNESS & provide them with appropriate technical work needed to compete.
Again, we training in SMALL groups so goalkeepers get tons of reps
Every year we offer a full training sessions for high schools. Female HS keepers love this training because it gets them ready for their HS trials & season.

If you are a goalkeeper who knows basic technical goalkeeping skills then we will help advance from there.
For winter we have indoor trainings at Golden Goal indoor complex in Golden CO. We’re still looking to continue our training in CO Springs.
Former international Professional & College goalkeepers. Some of our coaches have high degrees in Sport Science & Sport Performance. Specialized in goalkeeper speed, power & vertical jumps.
